These are a new line of tutus that can fit a newborn up to an average 7 or 8 year old. These are perfect for dance class, dress up, birthdays, gifts and much more! They detailed waistband stretches to about 26" at it's most. Feel free to measure your child if you are unsure. The length is 10", so it will be longer on a newborn, but can be changed with a special request.
