All of our Custom Fit Tutus come with a FREE coorinating tulle hair poof! These tutus are done on elastic, and each strip is put on individually so these tutus are very very fluffy and full! Perfect for a gift, a birthday or a photo op!

 

Any of these tutus can also be done on the Grow With Me Tutu waistband as well. Please contact me if you wish to make any changes to the tutu or if there is a certain size that you are interested in.
